🐝 It’s Don’t step on a Bee day! Why are Bees so important? 🐝

July 10, 2023

Bees are essential to our survival and play a big role in balancing our ecosystem. Bees are the world’s most important pollinator of food crops and, according to estimates, one-third of the food that we eat daily is due to the pollination carried out by bees. 🍯

How will the extinction of Bees affect humans?

If bees ceased to exist one day, there would be harmful repercussions on the ecosystems. Without bees, the availability and diversity of fresh produce would decline substantially, and human nutrition would likely suffer.

Simple things you can do to look after our Bees:

🌻Plant bee-friendly flowers and create a welcoming habitat for bees in your garden.
🍯Support local beekeepers and purchase honey from sustainable sources.
📚Educate yourself and others about the importance of bees in our ecosystem.
🌿Reduce pesticide use and opt for natural alternatives to protect bee populations.
