We are proud to report that as a small enterprise we have a 10% turnover rate with many of our staff members having been with us long term. However, we strive to reduce that number year on year. We feel our policies of promoting and advancing team members internally, playing to their strengths with both role and future training has contributed to a happy workforce.
Having a diverse workforce has proved invaluable for us during these unprecedented times. We have been able to cross skill into multiple departments, removing the need for redundancies, provide flexible working, thus supporting our people’s wellbeing outside of work as well as in the office.
